Portable Air Conditioner
1.The machine has an error code
- “E0”: Check whether the mainboard cable is removed. If the cables are in good condition, replace the mainboard.
- “E1”: Replace the temperature and humidity sensor of the corresponding model.
- “E2”: Replace the temperature sensor next to the evaporator of the corresponding model.
- “FT”: If it is a new machine that has not been used, please pull out the water plug of the machine first, shake the machine to ensure that there is no water in the water tray, reset the float ball, and power again to see if the problem is solved. If it's a used machine. Remove the water plug at the bottom of the machine, drain the water, and plug it in again.
- “FL”: Pull out the water plug at the bottom of the machine, drain the water and run the machine again; Connect the drain pipe of the machine.
2.Other questions
- Cooling switch to fan: The exhaust pipe of the machine is placed too high to exhaust normally. Please lower the exhaust pipe and do not bend it to ensure that the machine can exhaust smoothly.
- The fan mode does not produce air: Set the setting temperature of the machine lower.
- The air conditioner is not cooling.: Set the machine temperature lower than the ambient temperature.
Dehumidifier
1.The machine is running but there is no water in the tank:
The set humidity is higher than the ambient humidity, and the machine does not meet the working conditions. The compressor is offline and the main board is not working properly. The compressor is normal, but the refrigerant leaks.
2.Noise:
Sound of the compressor working normally. The sound of the pipe touching the casing of the machine. The sound of the wind wheel hanging on the frame of the machine.
Ice Maker
1.No work no ice:
Check whether the power supply and working procedure of the machine are normal. If the above are normal, open the cleaning mode and try to make ice after cleaning.
2.Abnormal water shortage alarm:
- Program error. Please re-plug your ice maker.
- The water level is too low for the pump to carry water successfully. Please add water to MAX mark.
- The water pump is blocked. Please follow the instruction of REGULAR MAINTENANCE.
- The water pump is broken.
- The water sensor is broken.
3.Ice full alarm abnormal:
- Program error. Please re-plug your ice maker.
- The detection sensor is blocked by ice or other matters. Please remove the obstruction.
- The detection sensor is broken.
